Alfa & Omega has been thoroughly stripped back to her steel framework and rebuilt with meticulous attention to detail. High-quality fixtures and numerous upgrades have been installed throughout, while the aft and forward cabins, as well as the head, have been reconfigured and enlarged to maximise the available space. A comprehensive record of maintenance and upgrades is available.
The cosy aft cabin features a solid oak bed frame that can be configured as a single or double berth, with additional storage thoughtfully incorporated.
The wheelhouse is both functional and versatile, featuring two large doors, a desk, and hammock hooks. The floor is removable, providing convenient access to the engine and systems.
The head is equipped with a shower, a small basin, and an electric macerator toilet.
The galley boasts a gas 4-ring hob and a butler sink, seamlessly blending into the open-plan living area, which is enhanced by large opening windows and a sofa day bed. Heating is provided by a Morso multi-fuel stove, complete with a back boiler that warms both the aft cabin and the calorifier.
The vessel is best suited to smaller-statured individuals. Alfa & Omega has served as a liveaboard for the past 17 years on a permanent mooring with occasional short trips.
In 2018, Alfa & Omega was last taken out of the water for a hull survey, over-plating, maintenance, and a 2-pack epoxy coating. The Boat Safety Scheme (BSS) certificate is valid until November 2029.
