About us:	Our company Philosophies: Boats must be on time Both the private customer and the commercial skipper must be able to rely on getting his boat on time. For international customers and non-local customers we install internet-cameras on the boats so that the customer can watch the progress of his boat on a live stream 24 hours a day. Also, we provide regular photo updates via e-mail showing the progress being made on your boat. Boats must be available for trials You can not expect customers to make an educated decision on what boat he needs if he can’t try it out. At ProCharter we have a selection of models in the water to try at any time. Boats must be fairly priced We build boats based on the trade price of the materials and then the 'labour cost' of finishing them off. This puts us ahead of the competition on both price and value for money. We openly publish our prices on this site for all our boats, many of our competitors do not do this but we feel it is important that the customer knows he is getting exactly what he pays for and all our sail away boats have everything needed to do exactly that – sail away. For customer security and peace of mind, our boats are built in stages. These stages are payable in arrears, this means that when each particular stage is completed to the customers satisfaction it is then paid for. With this method of payments the customer is assured that his payments are being used to build his boat and it will be to his satisfaction.
